住过很多次，写过很多评论了。这次预定了三天的房间，都是不可退款的，但是第三天家中有事需要提前结束行程，酒店居然同意退款！感谢同程的协调和酒店的理解。唯一的缺点还是服务员无视请勿打扰的牌子敲门。

柜台标准间500多，220订到的，环境很好，本来写着宾馆还以为很次，没想到是酒店级别，里面都是一个别墅一个别墅，我们房间都是别墅型的，虽然房间不太大，但是设施都很齐全，主要是环境太好了

服务员早上8点多开始敲门收拾房间，完全不顾“请勿打扰”的牌子。隔音很差。服务员大部分是学生，态度很好但一问三不知，其他都不错。
