酒店是老三星的涉外酒店，真的是很老。走廊的地毯很旧，房间的设施也很旧。离海边有800米左右的距离，离刘屯旅游街不远。北戴河整体环境较前几年有很大的提升，干净整洁，很有秩序感。来到燕山大厦，虽然很旧，但幸运的是我们看到了落日，很美。与落日余晖给我们的意外收获，酒店的不好就算了吧。酒店房间有一些是有阳台的，也可以免费停车。北戴河其实有很多疗养院、家庭旅馆、民宿等。
