就说说服务吧，跟前台说了半天我们是一家人两间房能尽量靠近点儿，前台接待的小姑娘说行没问题，我们还千恩万谢的，结果上来两间房在电梯两头，一个16号房一个18号房，又下楼找还以为是没房间不好安排，结果14号房就空着，来回又折腾了半个小时，小朋友都睡着了还得换房，明明能一次办好的非得要顾客折腾，就冲这服务态度和水平下次是再也不去了

房费太高了，而且床根本不是1.2m的双床房，再者海景房我根本看不到大海和日出，唯一好的一点是外面有个阳台可以挂衣服，干的快一点。早上去退房，有人在大闹，我的天人家350住了两晚还要求退款，我268才住了一晚。太不公平了吧！
