酒店设施比较陈旧，配备的东西也比较简单，但优点也很多，一是出了门就是海滩公园，可以在房间换好衣服直接奔海滩游泳，二是离码头比较近，出了门大概200米就是3路车公交站，3个站就能到达码头，船票要提前买，假期出行的人实在太多，现在也开通了网上购票，提醒大家买去涠洲岛的船票一定要带二代身份证。

酒店虽然离银滩浴场近，但2楼的海景房根本就看不到海，只是面对海而已，还没有wifi，要求换4楼，结果那个估计资历老点的服务员，态度不好，很不耐烦的样子，也不换，说没有了。后来我看了一下，估计4楼看海也有点恼火。

这是我在同程网订酒店唯一一次差评，设施非常陈旧，进房后发现一股非常大的霉味，地板上都是沙，卫生实在是不敢恭维，卫生间更是臭的不说了。另外，前台的客服态度差，问她问题爱理不理的！！！反正这个酒店唯一的有点就是地理位置好，性价比实在是太低了！！
