酒店硬件绝对一流. 虽然人员配备上有欠缺但是绝对没有其他住客所说的服务不行. 所有接触过的工作人员态度都非常好！非常适合散心！住的六号楼也是很赞的！

环境应该是北海最好的吧，适合家人或情侣度假，依山伴海犹如世外桃园*硬件不错，软件可就一般了*我住二号楼，服务员说有泳池和海滩*

山庄环境清静舒适，空气清新,前面是无敌大海景,三面环山,环境一流。但服务欠缺，第一次入住间坏空调房，oK，后换房得到完好解决。第二次将离房时房服务员说少一毛巾，oK，本人亲自折返，轻抖浴袍即滑出，离台结帐时竟没有一句抱歉的话,只能说服务态度配套不上。但山庄的电车随叫随到,很方便。还是值得推荐！

房间绝对一流，无边泳池很棒，海滩不是很干净，也没有救生人员，自助烧烤品种不多。

位置偏僻，环境清静，但最可恶的是10号别墅泳池N年未使用，池水脏得不行，2个沙滩也很多垃圾（大油罐、灯泡、泡沫箱、汽水瓶—————），非常扫兴。唯一可取的就是在沙滩上观看了美丽的日落。
