还行，位置在老街中段。作为一间客栈而言，房间设施还可以，就是一次性洗漱品有待提高，但我自带洗漱用品，所以觉得没什么所谓。可能因为我是这大冬天才去的，所以开了好久才有热水。城景大床房和大床房虽然价格只差10块，但房间大小，卫生条件，景观都差非常远。城景大床房房间大很多，有可以推开的玻璃窗，临街，景致也很好，晚上10点左右楼下商铺基本上都关门了，所以即便临街也不会很吵。但大床房的话房间很小，床两边基本贴墙，没有可以推开的玻璃窗，只有一面大玻璃可以看见楼内楼道，但最主要的问题是卫生间很小，而且房间潮湿，发霉很严重。如果你订了城景大床房却和我描述的不一样的话，那大多数可能是老板给错房间你了，沟通一下换回来就好。好处是直接在老街里面，游玩吃饭去老街尽头的小酒吧喝个小酒都非常方便，有点遗憾的地方是10点门禁，无法在外面逗留太久，但因为刚好订的时候是艺龙新客户而且客栈做活动，首订5折，所以对我来说非常满意，性价比很高。

这间客栈太棒了，全五星好评是必须要的！！首先，老板及老板娘非常热情，因我是朋友强力推荐来订的老街珠海楼客栈，第一次到北海，路况不熟悉，打电话到客栈问了，不但在电话里详细介绍。还到路口来等着，搞得我都不好意思了😊。客栈的房间干净整洁、宽敞明亮、通风好、热水足！所有这些都带给我一次愉快、满意的旅行！认定老街珠海楼客栈了！以后来北海还住这里，并且也会大力推荐给朋友们来享受！
