房子进门看着很大气，感觉是在北海住得最好的一次，空调很给力哦！北海现在太热了空调很重要住别的地方空调都不咋样很影响心情，这家的不错而且是在老街里面，逛老街很方便，吃的也不少

隔音效果非常差，带小孩住楼层高没电梯很不方便，当时楼下还有很多空房，光线差拉开窗帘直接看到走廊，有人在窗外又不好拉开，没有浴巾，热水刚开要等十分钟水才慢慢变热，很窄放下床双人房的基本挡住走道，周围旅客说话大声点会被吵醒，没有自己的停车场停车找地方要收费，艺龙说这里是三星舒适房，唯一优点就是在老街，老板服务态度也不错。
