酒店热水只有过了晚上6.30才有，无语了。位置不错，离北部湾广场一公里的样子，门面挺大，停车场也还可以的。只是前台的服务态度并没有让我觉得好，打电话给服务台就没有人接过，问热水问题，下楼跑了三次。第一次说多放点水，第二次说会有人来看然而没来，第三次说热水6.30才有

除了位置好，就无优点了。设施极其陈旧，地面人造地板爆裂，卫生间顶灯坏了，两天没人更换，卫生间台面有水渍，镜面不干净，一次性洗头水，香皂等沒有东西装直接放在洗水盆边沿上，热水很小，洗澡很不爽。没有wifi ，直到两天后退房才被告知沒有信号要到前台领路由器才能使用。最可气的是住到第二天，居然整天没有热水，大冬天的，没有热水怎么洗澡？早餐 一塌糊涂，由于人多场面混乱，桌子长时间没人收拾，非常不堪。由此可见，该酒店根本不具备接待酒店规模的客人量，真是白白糟蹋了酒店这么好的地理位置。

从没见过这么脏这么烂服务态度这么差的酒店！枕头上有奇怪的血迹，要前台换一套枕头加一床被子，前台居然回复被子是酒店标配，不能加的，枕头也没有了，还问我们要用别人用过的吗（我：？？？）；茶柜里还有吃剩一半的鸡蛋和一瓶红星二锅头，根本没人收拾，最气人的是晚上连热水都没有，打电话去前台说没有热水，前台就随意回一句我们去核实一下，核实半天也没见给个鬼回复，再打电话过去，直接忙音。真是分分钟想爆粗，我是花了两百多块钱住了一间热水都没有的民工房？来北海玩的大家都注意咯，千万别住这家垃圾酒店，会完全败坏你游玩的兴致的。

胡桃色装修，住的豪华单人间，要是是1.8米的大床就好咯，送一份早餐，离大润发广场较近。总体还可以吧。
