交通很便利，楼下车站的3路车直达银滩，5路直达侨港，还有超市每天8-3点营业，需要什么下楼就有，房间的无线网速也很快。卫生状况还好，空调调到17度后还算够冷，个人觉得床有点硬，下次来北海还会选择这里～

酒店环境及设施都非常好，此次北海之行一共15个人，无论价格还是服务质量标准都让同行们感觉很满意，下次去一定会再到这里订房的，我也跟我的很多湛江朋友们推荐了，花香自有蝶飞来，希望酒店越做越好，越做越红火。

这个价格很好，但是服务员不知道怎么搞的，一大早就敲门，也不知道搞什么，回应了又听不到，还用卡开门还好反锁了。后面知道里面有人过了一会又打响电话，刚响两声要接就挂断了，这是闹哪样啊。昨晚凌晨才睡本来在艺龙网上订是可以14点退房的，但是被这么一吓睡意全无，好不容易睡着了，没到12点总台又打电话来催房，亲，14点退的要那么早问吗？等到退了房和总台说起早上的那件事，竟没人理我，直接无视我的存在，我这是住第二天了，本来对这里印象蛮好的，现在这样搞，分数减半
