  位置稍微偏了点，似乎在没有完全开发完的一个区域，但好处就是停车方便，人少安静。酒店是在一个小区里面，属于那种公寓式的，设施比较新，装修也不错。餐厅的杨州炒饭很好吃，早餐也可以。楼下就是个湿地公园，无事可以去逛逛，离银滩也不远，开车十分钟内可到。缺点就是门头招牌太小，开车转了一圈都没发现。表扬一下服务员，贴心地多送了两瓶水，然后又电话来问意见，我的意见就是其它的没意见，希望房费能再便宜点，如果不是连住两天的优惠，个人觉得偏贵了。

  酒店离银滩800米，可以说很近了，唯一美中不足的就是离市中心有点远，但这样更能欣赏美景，在露台上可以远眺北部湾，虽然冬天住着会有点冷吧。 房间有一间房间单独作为衣帽间，很阔气。桌子上还有北海旅游景点的介绍图，很贴心… 早饭不错，如图，样式丰富，营养搭配。 可以去皇家海湾公馆的社区转转，有大泳池，环境棒极了，我都想长住一段时间了

  对比了几家，看这家性价比比较高。酒店大堂和房间看起来就很绝，都是莫兰迪色系，房间面积也大（我们原订的景观房面积稍小，补差价住的海景房就很YYDS）。前台的服务态度都很Nice，前台在办理入住的时候很仔细的跟我们讲了周边的景点美食，还送我们到房间告知房间的设施设备和使用方法。跟朋友都住得很满意，下次来北海还是首选S酒店。

  酒店环境很好 大堂颜色和装修很清新 房间里面也很新很干净 床品很舒服 床垫睡的也很好 房间还有个大阳台可以很好的看到外面的景色 前台服务人员也很热情周到 特别表扬的是小雪和小梁和小单的服务 很贴心 很礼貌 以后还会再来住的

  好几年没来北海了，变化挺大，这家公寓式酒店处在江海交汇的地方，紧挨湿地公园，大海、红树林就在不远处，地理位置刚刚好；前台的小姐姐们挺热情，入住手续办得简便快捷，点赞；客房阿姨问候亲切，毫无生疏感，房间设施设计布置还是挺新颖的，色调大胆热烈，让人过目不忘，房间、布草、洗浴间干净整洁，开元集团的易耗品，给力；阳台好大（要知道不是每个酒店都有阳台的），阳台有晾衣架，贴心，超萌、直观、易懂的游览地图；令人惊喜的是贴有酒店最佳观景时间推荐，入住酒店还能共享小区的泳池、书吧和超多娱乐设施，超棒！
