酒店的服务很到位，入住很晚了，客房还送来了小礼物。晚上在泳池游泳水温舒适，还有个水滑梯，小朋友特别喜欢。早餐丰盛，水果和海鲜都是特产，很新鲜。

明明订的是海景双床房，确认时变成了城景大床房，这就是种欺诈行为，客服处理一百个不满意，感觉你们就像野鸡车，推诿不负责任，客服态度令人心寒，不知道你们怎么请的客服,差评。明明一个电话可以解决的问题，你们客服跟booking.com的客服都没有人跟进解决，最后还是自己找的酒店解决问题，希望你们不要拿我们对微信便利跟信任来欺骗！
