该酒店徒有虚名，除门厅服务尚可以外，餐厅服务最差，连三星级的服务水准都达不到，晚上9点过就没有中餐送餐服务，刚到早上10点，不顾餐厅有许多客人就餐，就开始收拾餐桌、扫地，基本的服务理念都没有，这是10年以来我住过最差的所谓五星级酒店，没有之一，极差极差极差！

地段不错，高级海景房，入住办理手续也挺快，就是早餐时遇到点不开心，五星级品质对标国内一线城市差距还是体现无遗
