交通位置好，但房间好小，床基本塌陷，因为网上评价不错，没有仔细看床铺，晚上发现实在糟糕，加上风大窗户鼓动的声音很大，老板告知特价房不能使用空调，一晚上几乎没睡着，第二天就换了。

不推荐，价格贵就算了还没有早餐，说有免费停车场的，结果是停到宾馆后面的小区去，而且离开的时候还收了10元的停车费。垃圾！

地方还是比较好找的，下了公交车，大概一两百米的距离就到了，老板服务的态度也不错。住的三人间，空间大小还可以，可能是因为回南天的原因，感觉被子不是很干净。其他的都还可以，性价比啊什么的

哎，怎么说呢，宾馆好小，设施没有我想象的好，有点老旧，我们到达的时候地板不是很干净。。不过那个年纪大一点的阿姨人很好，每天帮我们打扫房间，有一晚上我们喝酒了，房里全是酒味，很臭，她也没说什么，还是很负责的换床单什么的。。小宾馆也有小宾馆的好处，人情味浓一点。酒店在华美广场，凤凰树宾馆旁边，距离北部湾广场很近，离老街也很近。但是房间里面没有宽带接口的，只有WIFI，信号还不好，这点望改进！

这个宾馆内部的房间装修真的很小清新。我们住的是2楼，房间有落地窗。壁纸是绿色的。十分清新。在你们住，虽不是十分的宽，但是很舒服和温馨。住的地方也不是很吵，很安静。交通额十分方便，出门就可以乘3路公车到银滩了。感觉这次旅行住的地方不错，就是希望房间里配一个吹风筒就更完美了。很推荐大家去住，适合小清新的人去！！！
