地段好，华美广场边，买涠洲岛船票方便；边上有3路、5路、旅游双层车去银滩、侨港、国际客运港；宾馆宽敞明亮落地大窗，卫生间是玻璃房洗澡水会渗出到外面，要小心滑倒，希望宾馆加以改进。

房间太差，设施很旧，感觉很脏，窗户关不紧，床很硬，被子薄，空调不给力，唯一好处是地理位置还不错。不推荐！

小宾馆很容易找，就在四川路上，凤凰树大宾馆的旁边，离北部湾广场三个站的样子，身在主干道旁，交通却没有喧嚣，地理位置非常不错。同程上订的三人间，带家人出游，到了这家更像家庭旅店的宾馆，干净，基本舒适。在暑期的周末出行，能用这个价格找到干净的家庭旅馆，比较满意，给予好评。优点：交通方便、装修算新、周边吃饭方便、价钱适宜。缺点：卫生间洗手盆漏水、没有洗手台放东西不太方便。下次还会来，希望有所改观！

宾馆比我想象中要好，干净整洁，第一眼的感觉很不错，我住的2楼标间一整块落地玻璃，墙纸也挺好看的，交通还是很便利的，门口就是个公交站牌，到海滨公园啊，银滩都还便利。老板也很好说话。可惜时间太紧张了，要不多住几天把北海都逛逛
