选择欢乐谷漫心酒店，是经过精挑细选，住宿后真的觉得非常满意，连续住了四个晚上，服务员很贴心，值得信任可靠，经理李海洋更加值得表扬.
最重要的一件事是家人把自己的金链掉落在房间，当时我们已经退房离开了酒店，几个小时之后,李经理还通知我们回去取回. 后期我们在续住了两天.下一次来北京还是要住这一家.

第一次住这么远的漫心酒店，前台服务员热情周到，设备设施也很新，房间很乾净，就在欢乐谷地铁附近，早餐也丰盛，退房后那个小孩帮忙拖着皮箱送到出租车上，很热心。

这次入住体验真的非常满意，必须给个大大的好评！从走进大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了细致入微的服务。前台工作人员笑容亲切，办理入住高效迅速。
房间比想象中更宽敞明亮，装修风格现代雅致，一尘不染。最惊喜的是床品，床垫软硬适中，枕头支撑感恰到好处，让我一夜无梦睡到天亮，出差在外的疲惫一扫而空。浴室乾湿分离做得很好，水压充足稳定，热水来得很快，洗个热水澡特别解乏。
退房时工作人员还主动询问入住感受，服务始终在线。这次入住物超所值，强烈推荐给朋友们，下次来北京一定会再次选择这里！

The first impression of the hotel lobby and room are not according to expectation .the hotel is a bit older than on the pictures and the room had a bad smoking odor. After request to change the room, the assure it will be better after cleaning. I've smelled it for all 3 days. The rooms are despite the odor very clean. But the toilet was on the first day already stuck the breakfast is good in the restaurant .

Is a cozy place to stay laundry facilities provided but is not enough to supply to all tenant need long queue for laundry services. beside this all other things was perfect include the breakfast and the staff all very friendly and helpful.
