    We arrived earlier than the official check-in time and were pleasantly accommodated without any extra charge. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The laundry room was spotless, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing.

    Was promised early check in at 12pm by trip.com. reached there only to be told to come back after 2.30pm. also booked 2 rooms but was told that we cant be arranged to stay mear each other and was on different floors.
