这次入住体验远超预期！酒店位置便利，周边吃饭购物都很方便。前台工作人员服务热情周到，办理入住迅速。

We arrived earlier than the official check-in time and were pleasantly accommodated without any extra charge. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The laundry room was spotless, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing.

Was promised early check in at 12pm by trip.com. reached there only to be told to come back after 2.30pm. also booked 2 rooms but was told that we cant be arranged to stay mear each other and was on different floors.

住过最差的亚朵了，房间是老改新，两个行李箱无法平铺，被子很多黄色污垢，送外卖机器人很慢平均要15分钟才能送到房间，早餐厅连咖啡机都没有，品种还少的可怜，前台态度差，很生硬的索要好评，自己要升级房型到后来成我的不对了，退房房卡放到前台也和前台説了退房，可还要打电话确认，睡梦中给我吵醒了

非常差的酒店，入住的时候，前台问你需要早餐吗，我説需要，人家説需要的话你等级不够，还需要再升一升，我説那不需要了。然后我定的高级大床，让我住的雅致大床，内窗，三四个房间共用一个窗户，楼上楼下隔音非常差，而且酒店周边非常乱，全是推广，650元的房间，我説我花钱升个房，告诉我我送你两个耳塞，没房了你别升了。

这次出差位置在朝阳区，选择这家酒店是因为离地铁口近，交通十分便利，门口餐馆也很多，有川菜和北京特色涮肉还有烤鸭，服务员态度非常好，下次出差一定还会再来住！
