从上到下死心眼一根筋！（车老远就不让往里开了 好说歹说带孩子东西多 宝宝（1岁）又睡着了怕着凉那也不行！）前台交流困难！就知道一个劲管我要证件！（身份证着急忘车里又不给开房间！害媳妇和孩子只能在客栈楼道里挨冻！）店里还没一个大活人！期间没有一个客栈服务员提供帮助！没前台没房东！早餐没人告知几点开饭！自行寻指示牌到餐厅就餐！没有任何服务而言！景区里还没无障碍！对老幼病残照顾不周！根本没法推童车或轮椅！全是凹凸不平的石块路！换大人坐上面也受不了！艺龙客服也是菜鸟！培训不及格就上岗！告诉住两天要买两天票...结果大堂告知只要买完一次票两天无限次出入！早知两天都订景区里了 还方便...全被坑！较差的一次入住体验 自从上次市物价局点名批评水镇乱收票款（司马台长城）是又该及时再整改了！！！

屋子布置的比较有特色，也很干净 卫生间很大很棒，就是太冷啦 建议给换棉被啊，晚上开空调加暖气还是会冷。平房比较适合夏天居住

酒店卫生环境不错，房间虽然不大但是床铺设计很有意思，好像火炕大通铺的感觉，一家三口都不会太拥挤，早餐环境很干净，服务很热情

很有古镇特色，细节设计的很好，早餐丰盛二而有营养，小院环境古朴而幽静，院墙上爬满爬山虎，室内的电视桌也是古董样式。
