房间干净整洁，离景点入口很近，服务态度很好，房间里洗漱用品齐全，提个小建议，要是能有男士一次性的刮胡刀就完美了

就是以前人家的民宿，装修都按那风格来，没住过的会觉得很新鲜。办理入住要去游客中心再倒回来，这点不是很方便。我们是两日游，第一天就是走到中途就返回，第二天一早坐电瓶车到终点再往回走，比较省劲。早餐比较丰富。

房间超大，就是床真的很小。如果带宝宝的可能不太合适。丝路在景区外面，如果带老人孩子逛景区真的不是很方便。不过景区很大，如果住里面的话建议住最里面好些。为了去小吃一条街温泉附近我们走过了2次。因为走一会儿休息休息。导致时间不充裕。
丝路环境不错。我们在客栈里面拍照就拍了不少。

标间很干净，五一去入住的，在古北景区外。环境很好，古色古香。标间实际就是一个大炕，2张床分开放置。中间部分可以放东西。酒店基本没有服务人员，除了打扫人员。估计有什么事情都需要去大厅去处理。酒店水都是直饮的，烧出来味道感觉像温泉水。酒店送免费温泉票，时间匆忙，没有去成（老走走休息）。毕竟小孩和老人出行

总体来说不错，但是在景区外部，有点远。等了好一会儿才有服务员来接待。房间比较安静，设施齐全、卫生，没有想象的小。
