前台小付接待很耐心。特别隆重要表扬王森森工作人员！首先因为我订的外卖不见了，第一时间积极奔走联系其他工作人员进行沟通了解。当晚已经11点多，第一时间表明了处理的态度。处理的效率很高，比我预期更快，处理方式在不过多打扰客人情况下完成的很好，也没有影响到我第二天的行程。全程都让我感受到一种积极的处理态度，展示了酒店从业人员的专业。同样由衷的感谢突发事件得到完美的解决。

性价比还是可以的，离玉渊潭公园和中央电视塔比较近。房间隔音效果也不错，附近火锅店也多，唯一缺点是便利店少，酒店内的小店价格太贵，坑，买个水烟酒得走一段路。

这次才发现酒店前台很温馨的准备了小物件，都是大家在旅行中偶尔会需要的。很贴心。周到。
不过也是今天才知道酒店入住停车是免费的，无意中在酒店详情中看到的。在入住其他酒店时，前台都会问一句是否开车来的，可以办理免费停车的手续。

首先我要説我非常非常喜欢这家酒店，位置绝佳交通极度方便，下楼就是地铁，公交车也方便，价格非常美丽，但有一点不喜欢的是这个酒店，总有人抽烟，躲在自己房间里抽烟，或者在走廊里抽烟，虽然酒店有积极介入，每次给前台打电话投诉这个问题，他们也会认真努力去解决，但是不知道为什么有这么多抽烟的人，当然这个不能怪酒店?。另外附上几张酒店楼下餐厅的图，餐厅也很好吃，吃起来价格合理，而且非常非常方便?
