这次来北京住裕龙御骊酒店真是选对了，从入住到离店全程都很舒心。
酒店位置太加分了，就在地铁10号线西钓鱼台站旁边，出地铁口步行一分钟就到，去天安门、故宫这些景点换乘很方便，到北京西站坐地铁也就25分钟左右，对拎着行李的旅客太友好了。周边吃饭购物都方便，还挨着昆玉河畔，环境挺雅致的。
大堂和公共区域特别乾净，香气很舒服，第一印象就很好。我们住的房间宽敞又明亮，布局很合理，床品软乎乎的像睡在云端，晚上睡得特别沉。房间里的两层电动窗帘和感应顶灯都很实用，隔音做得不错，完全听不到外面的噪音???。衞生间是乾湿分离的，洗漱用品品质挺好，就是淋浴水压稍微小了点，但整体很乾净，阿姨每天都会及时更换床品，态度也很和蔼。
服务更是没话説，前台工作人员办理入住很快，态度热情又周到。我退房后不小心把食物落在客房冰柜里，客服小曹还特意帮忙挪到中心冰箱保管，特别细心。有次晚上想加被子，打电话没多久就送来了，响应特别及时。
早餐种类很丰富，中西结合，味道也不错，吃饱了正好开启一天的行程。酒店还有免费停车场、茶室和24小时前台，设施很齐全。不管是商务出行还是旅游，住这儿都很合适，下次来北京肯定还选这儿。

The front desk service is excellent, and housekeeping is also very good. However, the 4th floor has not been renovated yet, and the carpet is noticeably old. If this might be an issue for you, consider booking a room on a higher floor, though it may come with an additional cost.

第二次住，老牌酒店所以衞生条件相对放心，这一次好处是可以送餐到房间，虽然价格高的离谱而且确实味道很一般，一碗大馄饨4个要40元含服务费。
礼宾台的小哥服务差到爆炸，我要一个手提袋，告诉我房间里有，虽然我找了并没有所以才去礼宾台问，被告知只能送到房间，无法送到前台，那一瞬间我对这样训练有素的脑回路感到敬佩，瑞思拜

酒店离会议地点非常近，酒店是第二次入住，感觉还不错，最重要的是乾净衞生，希望下次来还能有更好的体验！

房间挺大的，很乾净，设备齐全，前台小付服务热情周到，注意到是带长者看病，还体贴地给升级了房间，很不错的住宿体验！

A good hotel for those looking for convenience in Beijing’s Zhongguancun tech area. Hotel is well appointed, rooms away from the street are quiet. Nearby construction is a bit cumbersome only at daytime.
