不包早餐所以知早餐怎么样，但房间舒适空间大，装修有特色，居然有浴缸想不到呢！床品整洁干净，前台服务态度好！酒店离地铁近，离天安门各景点也近，就在步行街上了，方便！

服务很好，早餐不错，卫生也可以，交通更不用说了，去哪都方便，在大栅栏前门中心，京城特色小吃购物等都有。因为要多住一天续订时选错了日期，房型也是无窗的，通过同城艺龙网络平台和酒店前台解决了问题，速度也很快，还很贴心的帮我免费升级成之前定的房型，没有换房间，省了很多麻烦。

酒店地理位子好，出门就是大栅栏商业街。住的房间在地下一层，空气无法流通。空调起不到应有的调节作用，这点非常不满意！！

对于游客来说，酒店位置非常好，位处闹市却能远离喧嚣。出门十来米就是商业街，北京的品牌美食特色产品基本都全了。离公交总站也近，离天安门广场也近。房间也新净，虽说是地下室，但没有压抑局促感。就是不知道窗户都没有的房间哪来的蚊子。还有就是前台圆脸的妹子服务态度有待提高，喜欢翻白眼撇嘴冷哼，估计之前网友吐糟服务不好的是不是就是她。其他的前台美眉还挺好

硬件设施一流，说是四星级水准，居然有浴缸，白天看景点走累了，泡泡挺舒服，还有冰箱，可以存放水果，房间很大，网络电视也很大，适合情侣，我订的特惠房本来是在-1层，但去了前台就主动升级成1楼无窗的大床房，住的很舒服，可惜没窗，有窗的太贵了，性价比一流，要不是最后一天发现毛巾有污渍，它几乎可以说是满分，看来酒店毛巾都不能随便用了
