本次旅行是带着孩子和妈妈，所以在选择酒店和地理位置方面考虑的多一些，因此最终选择住在大栅栏附近离天安门较近，难得出来一次旅行舒适最重要，就这样旅行开始。我们是14:00左右到的酒店，给了我们一间房，满怀期待的刷卡进门，满地的垃圾是给我一个“难忘”的开始，之后换房，只见前台满不在乎的调换（可见是家常便饭一样的存在），由于在网上预订了4天，结果到了第二天刷卡门进不去了，一了解每天都要续卡这是“难忘”的第二天，于是从二楼来到前台续（为什么不提前告知客人需要 办理，本来就是来玩的走上走下是其次，这种必要的常识难道不是服务里面的一项，貌似有个投诉电话，有用才怪，房间小的不想发表意见）之后几天也就那样了。总结我的感受，北京到处是酒店，先不管环境，服务总是要到位。让我在来选择我是坚决不会再住了。希望给更多住宿的客人一个中肯的意见。

1房间信号很差，佛系等信号，卫生很差，用过的浴巾不收，直接放两条干的，角落里桌子下卫生也不打扫，隔音效果很差，走廊里敲门，行走，隔壁房间洗澡，一清二楚！
2早餐很差，需要客人自己去前台换券，也没人提醒，早餐香肠不知道多少天了，烂兮兮，鸡蛋水果都不够客人分。
3服务员态度很差，一个问题你问三遍没人理你，再问大声点，不是告诉你等着就是告诉你不知道！极差！
绝对不会再住！
