这次入住体验远超预期！酒店环境整洁舒适，位置超便利——距北京西站、南站都很近，步行至红莲南路地铁站仅6分钟，出行无缝衔接。
房间温度适宜，体感很舒服；早餐种类丰富，味道也不错。前台服务热情周到，细节处处可见用心：不仅为小朋友准备了专属牙刷拖鞋，大堂还提供免费饮品曲奇，二层洗衣房更是解决了旅途洗衣需求。
最惊喜的是——酒店竟然免费停车！对自驾游客太友好了。从硬件到服务无可挑剔，性价比极高，强烈推荐给家庭出游及商务旅客，下次来北京必定回购！??

The location is fantastic – every major tourist spot in the city was reachable within 30 minutes by taxi, which made sightseeing very convenient.
What truly made this stay special was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially with our little child. Almost every day they surprised our kid with small toys, which kept happy and entertained.
They allowed us an early check-in and late check-out without any extra charge, and even let us take some breakfast items with us when we had an early tour – such thoughtful gestures!
The room was spotless and housekeeping did an excellent job: fresh towels, new slippers, toothbrush, and all amenities were replaced daily.
My only small suggestion (and it’s really just a suggestion because everything else was perfect) it would be very helpful for international guests if the breakfast buffet items had little name labels with the main ingredients/allergens. Some dishes looked delicious but it was hard to know exactly what was in them.
Overall, outstanding value for money and one of the most family-friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town. Thank you to the whole team!

这次是来北京展览馆看演出的，选择入住在北京西站丽泽商务区希尔顿欢朋酒店，体验非常完美！酒店位置优越，楼下就是四季民福，可以在房间里等叫号??前台服务热情周到，房间乾净整洁，设施齐全且维护得很好。细节处处处体现管理用心，性价比超高，下次来北京一定还会选择这里！

这次入住体验很好，酒店周边吃的也多，隔壁就是四季民福，房间衞生乾净，早餐丰富，前台Mia还帮忙取烤鸭号，入住酒店前提前打电话联系前台也非常热情讲解，办理入住和退房也非常专业迅速，还送了小朋友小礼物，非常推荐给亲子家庭入住。

远超预期的入住体验，值得信赖的出行首选！这已经不是我第一次选择贵酒店了，无论是自己出差还是为来本地的朋友预订，这里永远是我的第一选择。最让我印象深刻的是前台无微不至的服务。每次办理入住，工作人员都热情周到，笑容亲切，让远道而来的朋友瞬间感受到归家般的温暖。他们不仅主动介绍周边设施，还会贴心协助叫车，解决了出行的大问题，这份用心实在难得！酒店的环境和地理位置也堪称完美。交通便利，四通八达，无论是商务出行还是休闲游览都极其方便。而走进房间，扑面而来的就是乾净整洁的氛围，床品舒适，衞生细节无可挑剔，让人住得无比安心和放松。能把朋友的行程托付给这样一家服务、环境、位置俱佳的酒店，我感到非常放心。强烈推荐给大家，期待下一次再见！

酒店位置相对距离地铁站比较近，网约车或出租车过来也很快，出行方便，酒店楼下就有家四季民福，想吃北京烤鸭的很方便很好。整体酒店服务蛮好，服务人员态度友善亲切，早餐种类还可以。服务人员很热情，连住几天关于房间整理和打扫都会按照要求去做，比较满意，以后来北京还会入住。

必须给满分！前台工作人员lucky态度特别好，有需求响应超快。房间设施新，空调制热快还静音。周边配套全，便利店、餐厅都近，开发票也迅速，性价比超高，会安利给同事！

这家酒店的位置太方便了！离北京西站很近，不到2公里，打车10分钟就到了，完全不担心赶火车。对于早起赶车或深夜抵达的旅客来説简直是福音，省时又省心，前台服务都特别热情特别是lucky强烈推荐给行程紧张的朋友们！
