酒店处于使馆区，旁边就是日坛，被升级了套房，确实很棒，晚上几个朋友来房间喝酒，甜甜小姐姐服务非常好，帮忙搞酒杯搞冰块，下次还来！

房间很大可以很多人聚会，可以打电脑游戏，看片可以用大萤幕，朋友们开趴好去处，房间很大，价格又便宜，co值很高

Was here for a full week. There was no laundry facilities (available in some other locations) here. There was also no gym. Breakfast was miserable with the same limited selections week after week. Only thing good was that breakfast was until 12 pm. The water flow from the shower head was small and took a long time to get hot water. There was no temperature control for the Japanese toilette. The coffee machine in the room was a saving grace. Won’t be coming back here again.

房间差的不行，二楼没有电梯，拿了三个箱子步行上去，旁边唱歌听的特别清楚，打了三次电话不给调房间，早餐什么都没有，太差，不会再住了

挺满意的，房间内有小度智能控制系统马桶也是智能的非常方便，外卖也可以送到门口，早上的早餐也可以帮忙打包送到房间里用，这一点比较人性化，充分考虑到了住客的需求，美中不足的是酒店可以增设一位礼宾员专门负责引导客人帮客人拿行李

因为和出差地比较近住了很多次，第一次感觉这个酒店还不错，房间在北京这个地段来说很大，装修也还挺摩登的，但是最近两次入住接连发生的事儿让我决定永远不住这个酒店以及不相信这个品牌的运维能力。
发生的事儿大部分已在下面截图和酒店管家反馈，包括不限于卫生情况、服务态度问题（提供换房间的解决方案但是给换到一件有反臭，且床头正上方有大量明显漏水痕迹没有有效重装、覆盖；重新换房间，承诺会送来新的房卡但是我等了一整晚都没有送来，第二天早上自己去拿的）、服务专业度（早餐豆浆中出现豆浆包装????；给客户提供下午茶作为补偿，迟至凌晨1点打电话问需不需要送；给制作了错误的房间的房卡????，且确认的时候还是提供错误房间号导致我差点进别人的房间）、周边环境噪音管理不专业（周六早上7点多开始装修，反馈了之后没有跟进处理结果）
介于这些事情发生的过程中涉及了很多位员工，综上我觉得这家酒店的问题不是和我对接的个人的失误能解释的。管理和运营有非常严重的问题。失望至极，再也不会入住。

属精品级的旅馆，?房间数不多，但装修美式古典，简洁高雅，客房干净整洁，服务人员的服务非常好，态度亲切服务到位，附近的交通及餐饮皆方便，1 F有几家有名餐厅，早餐也很不错，果汁可现榨，健康美味，本酒店值得推荐

第一次想主动写评价的酒店。我愿称之为北京千元内最强。到店时间比较晚了，前台Yami很热心的接待，并贴心的帮忙升级了房型，十分感谢。酒店的处处细节都彰显着用心与设计。硬件设施很新。房间面积不小，卫生细节很好，智能化程度比较高。卫浴是TOTO的，很好用。床品也好评，床垫枕头被子柔软度恰到好处。早餐种类不多但精致，口味非常不错。外卖也有工作人员专门送到房间。下次来还会再选择。
