The hotel location is good. However, the room is not quite. It starts to having someone singing Karaoke from 10:30pm. The ceiling have some colour difference on the paint. Looks like it has water leaked before. My husband doesn't like that there is no partition from the toilet to the bedroom. He couldn't have a private time while toileting or dressing up from shower.

非常好的一次入住，房间很大民国风，设计的也很漂亮。全屋智能，配置也很高，早餐可以单点。在北京来说这个价位信价比很高。也感谢酒店接待小武，服务非常好。

酒店很新，停车方便，位于使馆区，安全安静，交通方便。房间特别大，特别干净卫生，设施齐全，迷你吧好几款饮料和酒都是免费。几位服务员都特别热情有耐心，服务很好，早餐精致，可以送房间吃，味道正，酒店一楼好几家餐厅，味道都特别好，北京的传统特色美食不用出酒店都能吃到，特别是烤鸭很好吃。下次来北京还住这里了。

房间很大装修也很好.也非常安静.但就是太冷了屋内室温就20-21度.现在这个季节屋里都不如外面暖和.而且跟前台说前台说他们也没办法是物业问题.空调是坏的只能吹冷风.卫生一般卫生间的卫生感觉脏脏的.早餐也太简单太简单了.特别小的餐厅也没什么东西.

Good Service and excellent cleanliness. Some improvement would be the breakfast choices and also install some hooks for guest to hang clothes etc. the hotel staffs listened to our suggestions and said would be doing so.

We spent a total of 7 nights here and our entire stay in this hotel was splendid. The manager YaMi was very polite and cordial, she waited for us to arrive from the airport, it was past midnight, just to show us to our room. The other guy in the team was also very helpful and even went to great lengths searching for my parcels from the guard house to the building where the hotel is located to make sure that I have all my parcels in my hands. I wasn’t expecting such sincere assistance, the effort was above and beyond a basic customer service.
Our room was clean, comes with free mini bar and equipped with Dyson hairdryer which is such a great convenience as I have long thick hair. The hotel is in a quiet embassy area, surrounded by a lot of eateries ranging from local Beijing eats to international cuisines. The restaurant below serves good peking duck, has great ambience and there is no need to queue. Transportation by DiDi is very convenient.
