The room was clean and comfortable - two beds, suitable for family. The location is mediocre, quite far from subway and supermarket. The staff is ok, but not excellent, however.

The hotel staff service and amenities are wonderful. The full hotel laundry service helped to save a lot of time. Happy with the stay and breakfast.
They also helped to group all your parcels according the phone number on the parcels, you do not need to find your parcels yourself in their store room.
Even though there is a walking distance to the nearby mrt, I enjoyed the walk in the neighbourhood. Found great local food in the neighbouring streets.
It is also near to the Temple of Heaven .All in all, will definitely stay again if I revisit Beijing.

纯个人感受，无广：第二次住时光漫步，这次感受比第一次更要好，説真的，在这个档位的酒店里，很少非常少有能和他家一样做到这样的服务和关怀。酒店明确在电梯上説可以提供清一色的硬件和服务，包括不限于长者的泡脚桶、女士生理期的用品，孩子的用品等等，整个给我一种暖暖的感觉，我之前住亚朵都很少有这种关怀性的体现，我只能説如果带长者小孩来附近玩真的首选时光漫步，对长者小孩我觉得很友好，服务硬件都没得説，房间的洗脸巾、零食等等都很适配，只能説这个价位附近的酒店这家独一档。

住了总共四晚，除了卫生问题，其他方便都还可以，
当天入住才告知我订的这个房型是只能选择头或尾间房，我提个建议如房型固定了提前告知客户而不是当场去到了才说，让人体验感并不是很好，
而且我第一天入住的时候就发现毛巾有个血红点，我第二天就跟清洁工讲了下午帮忙清洁，还专门讲了毛巾的问题，要求更换，结果我们出去玩完回来再次发现她只是把毛巾再次叠好，有血迹的往里面折叠隐藏起来，打开一看根本没有更换！让我非常的失望！让我必须发表这个问题。

酒店服务太好了！住了5天，每一晚都瞓得好好。前台员工热情招待，房间有免费小零食同饮品，冬天有暖气，晚上有免费宵夜?，日日唔一样，煮夜宵的大叔也很热情。行久了，脚酸软，酒店还会提供浸脚桶。酒店房内有AI智能?对话，外卖还有机械人送餐?。还有免费戏服试穿????。距离景点也很近，巴士转地铁很快。重点是酒店很近医院-友谊医院?，半夜看急症，也?很方便。???????装修?摆设?风格很美，五星好评。??

来北京天桥艺术中心看剧，所以就近选的酒店，2025年刚开业，不论装潢还是用品都很新，住宿用品一应俱全，而且准备的很周到，前台服务很热情，外卖会有机器人送到房间门口，隔音效果很好，是一家还会再住的酒店。
