房间乾净，工作人员很好，满分（连续两天早上都看到穿西装的男职员在巡查，也问我们房间满意不，真的很用心）

大堂很乾净，舒服，满分
唯一不好的就是前台工作人员，我14号早上6点就到，前台一位女职员，很有礼貌。到8点多的时候，另外一男一女，我租用完充电宝，没有退押金，我不懂所以问他们，男的冷冰冰一句说不是酒店的，不知道，也没有帮忙看一下，很差劲啊！难道帮忙了解一下都不行吗！？
然后我再问他们知不知道我希望早点入住的要求，起初我感他们并不清楚，然后再问他们才说知道，他们工作态度真差劲，尤其男职员的表情，酒店可以看一下录像！
到16/11离开，我问前台12月的价格，他竟然说现在查了，价格会变，没有查，我在过去一年，住了十几次国内酒店，从没见过那么不专业的前台！
本来给10分，就是因为前台，我改了

带女儿来北京环球影城玩，虽然这家酒店离环球11站地铁，还要步行十分钟，但是入住体验非常好，酒店很新很安静，早餐也很好，非常满意，值得推荐。

酒店体验非常棒，前台CC FF服务非常好，解决问题效率高。房间干净宽敞明亮，设施也非常便利，能在房间电视就看到洗衣房空置洗衣机，早餐也不错，停车免费，下次还来

房间干净宽敞明亮，设施布局合理，隔音效果还可以吧，至少没影响到我的睡眠。唯一的不足是装修比较新，还是有一点味道，但不刺鼻，无不适感觉。在北京这个环境不到500的价格还是很超值的。最后说一下早餐，个人觉得还是挺好吃的，种类也挺丰富。
