前台服务员退房的时候硬说房卡有两张，明明还了，还提醒其在电脑中备注了，但是退房的时候还是跟我要，当然，这只是一个管理比较混乱的例子，酒店设施陈旧，房间隔音很差，卫生也一般，差评。不会再住。

退房时忘了把一件挂在衣橱里的t恤带走，联系酒店结果衣服不知道被酒店那个员工给拿了，酒店方也迟迟不给答复，实在是太没有职业道德了！！
