房型不通风，光线也不好，空间低，压抑。早餐品种少。服务人员素质差。山水文园貌似是地产商套牌雅诗阁，服务和其他两家雅诗阁比起来差太多。

酒店设施齐全和在家里一样，洗衣机、冰箱、微波炉、电池炉灶、锅碗瓢盆碗筷俱全。席梦思床睡着舒服。空调每个房间都有。出门办事一天很疲劳，回酒店有洗衣机清洗衣服，晚上睡得很好。下次来北京还会选择入住这里。

房间很大，有厨房，常驻和带家人的可以住这里，环境不错，可以做饭，很方便，周边吃饭的地方也很多，超市银行都很方便！
