北京饭店地理位置绝佳，这个没得说，下边说说我的入住经历：刚办入住的时候，大堂接待荆某态度非常好，所以很开心的办了入住，上到了房间，原本自己已有心理准备，本身北京饭店就是老牌五星，设施老旧，但连浴袍都旧到让人怀疑是N年久远的。洗漱用品很舒服。要客观评价，好就是好，不好就是不好。接下来发生了些不愉快，我外出没带护理液，于是找了跑腿送眼睛护理液，等了很久跑腿没来，我就外出买吃的，后来跑腿到了北京饭店不让进，这很正常，于是我给大堂打电话，让跑腿放到前台，大堂服务员竟然拒收，还说让跑腿先走再等我来了再来送，说话态度极牛气，在我的强烈要求下，把我推给大堂经理解决这个事情。虽然到最后帮忙送到了房间，但是过程极度曲折，服务语气嫉妒差劲。退房前我们要寄存一些东西，寄存师傅不帮忙拿东西不说，态度语气也很不好。反正住的很憋屈，感觉我们是求着这些服务员办事入住，花着钱自找不痛快。
