住了六天，在网上提前订的780一天，定了五天，第一天到的时候，询问前台如果要早走或延迟住一天需要怎么龙，他说不用，只有第一天住了，后面每天都一样，直接续住即可。因为有事多逗留了一天，然后中午去续房的时候，那个女前台服务太恶劣了，你说人多她不耐烦还想得通，根本那没什么人，反正一口咬定你这个不能在前台续，只能去网上续房，而网上又续不到同类型的房型，要只有一千多的，态度很恶劣，说你们不然就现在退房，就是要赶你走那种语气，问她为什么和第一天说的不一样，她不解释，还那种很拽口气，一直催我们要么就退房要么在网上续房，突然一天房价多了三百块，是心里不舒服啊，后面来了一男的解释说，因为今天接了一300大团所以临时调价，房间紧张，所以价格变动，也不是他们跳的，我最生气的还不是房价调了，而是前台那女的一副看不起不耐烦难得跟你多说一句那种态度，哎总之非常失望，这酒店外面看起是舒服，周围环境也便利，里面设施确实太旧了，第一天天花板漏水，后面协商给你换了房间。总之住的最后一天好感度全无
