服务较好，家具老旧，还不错，提个建议：如遇房价涨价，延住的客户是否能仍按照入住时的价格，这样的话客户会感到得到尊重，会有一种归属感，其实涨价也就是几十块钱，尤其是公务出差的，涨不涨价无所谓，关键是客户的感受！这点很重要！！！！
