很好的入住体验。因为等入住时间长了，酒店给免费升级了豪华房，虽然就是观景不同，但是客服还是很不错的。尼泊尔的服务生服务很好，早餐自助也不错。

酒店规模大，环境非常漂亮，房间用品和配套设施有档次，服务人员热情素质高，还有好多外籍服务生，早餐很丰富，距离周边景点都不远。最满意的是亲子项目多，游泳池、温泉、游乐室、小动物园、葡萄采摘、小火车，还有亲子课，房间增加了儿童床，餐厅也有很多适合小朋友的饭菜，空气特好，是一个非常适合家庭亲子出游的酒店，非节假日价格还很优惠。特别说一句，餐厅的葡萄是酒店自己的葡萄园采摘的，非常好吃。以后还会带其他朋友一起来！
