服务的态度热情，房间挺大，住着挺舒服，就是所谓的送的两大一小的温泉其实就是两大，一小不用送按照他的规定也是免费的，至于小孩的游乐设施，做为高档的五星酒店，要么做好，要么就撤掉，这么低端的设施有损形象。

一住进酒店发现马桶有问题，电告前台说马上保修迟迟不见来人，中间再次电告，依然。耗费好多时间。冲次马桶小心翼翼，自己上手。第二天早上10点退房的时候修理工说来修马桶，真晕。
