说明实话：是一名家人长期到北京都要住8号公馆，他推荐入住，但本次入住有点失望：1、已含早点没有作任何告知，只能饿着肚子到午饭时间。2、洗手间臭气满房，特别是早上6时至8时左右。3、热水不热，住4天，有三天下大雪（21号-23号）到最后一天才维修。4、服务员态度很好是事实。
