这次入住感受还不错，就是大堂温度有点低，办入住时只想尽快上楼，退房时间上有一些问题，遇到了beira 也都合理的帮我解决好了，服务还是不错的

从前台到礼宾 ，处处能感受到用心?? 礼宾部主动帮忙提行李 前台leah 办理很快。 就是酒店大堂太冷了，房间设施有点老旧 ，总而言之除了这个，强烈推荐，因为地理位置很不错。

入住前的Leah 提前问了入住要求房间的minibar首轮也是免费的给房间安排了很不错的位置可以看到长安街，酒店位置很好距离地铁站很近，下次过来北京还会来入住的推荐

前台的服务也要再来住 前台小梁rebecca态度很好酒店整体环境舒适，衞生乾净到位，设施齐全好用. 。其高效得体的待客之道，充分体现了酒店的优质水准，但酒店大堂实在是太冷了，在北京的大风天真的很难受，真的要改进下了。
