位置好，距离地铁近；富力城小区里面的民宅，楼道脏乱，隔音不好，邻居家装修噪音大；室内简单装修，家具陈旧，床上用品及毛巾为如家水平，卫生一般般，洗手间发现小强；负责开门的男子遇到客户的不满就满口胡言乱语，一会儿说老板不在，一会儿说我就是老板，一会儿说是老板的弟弟。我表示会在携程上差评，他竟然说无所谓，携程啊，你找的这些私人民宿也太屌了！

因为在富力城里面，因此比较安静。绿化也做得不错。还挺靠近会所。方便。房间内部就比较普通，有点旧，卫生环境一般。这价钱就还可以。
