来北京找朋友吃烤鸭滑雪的，三天的旅行计划。公寓位于大郊亭地铁口边上金茂府小区里面，进小区门要刷卡，跟保安说下就行了。公寓check in的地方在三楼的一间房间内，里面的工作人员很热情，安排我坐在沙发上休息会儿等办理入住手续。手续很快就办理好了，这里不需要交押金杂费，把三天的房钱交了即可。办完后会收到一张房卡，用来刷大门口的电子门，关注微信号可以收到开房间密码锁的二维码。这家酒店很大的一个特色是管家式服务，这里我必须要赞扬下星管家，非常热情，不仅帮我拿着行李送到房间，还详细介绍了房间里的设施设备。公寓是2014年才装修好，房间听说是恒温恒湿恒氧的，很新很舒服，所有的电器电视灯光窗帘热水壶都可以用一台ipad来操控。冰箱微波炉洗衣机洗衣液都备齐了，wifi速度非常快，作为常住的客人非常方便，房间里没有电话但是微信公众号有24小时管家服务，有什么需要跟问题都可以先跟微信管家说，然后公寓管家就会送到房间。最后退房的时候，星管家会主动来房间收回门卡，然后就可以直接离开不需要弄其他手续。总的来说这是一次非常好的入住体验，下次来北京还会选择这家。
