我住在九楼的房间明亮宽敞，窗户向东有太阳直晒（其他房型不了解），窗户正对着某中学。有移动衣架可以晒衣服很棒，有微波炉电磁炉冰箱。卫生间和淋浴间偏小。有热水，淋浴头陈旧，我来的四天马桶都不能自动冲手，据说自来水厂维修停了四天水？冰箱内有矿泉水等饮料但没有标明是否收费，经咨询需要收费。

总体来说还可以，但是卫生打扫不是很彻底，还能看到有头发，整体房间感觉不是很干净，另外电视的歌华有线显示已过期三个月无法观看，空调是中央空调，但是打开之后风叶一直在响，老公拿衣服架捅了一下不响了，但是半夜三点多又响起来了，建议把该维修的地方都维修好，毕竟说是很高档的小区，里面的软设施不甚理想。
