安缦的服务真的是没话说，入住之前酒店服务员都会很详细的讲解酒店的配套设施都处于什么位置，然后带我们到房间把房间的各部分功能包括免费饮料详细介绍。酒店有专门通向颐和园的小门，进出都很方便

酒店大堂和房间始终微微散发出一股幽香，安静而优雅。超级喜欢沐浴露，是我喜欢的优雅芳香。服务非常好，但是有一点令人遗憾，送来的烫斗尖头部位已经损坏，把我的连衣裙刮出无数抽丝，等我发现了已经晚了。电话告知总台，建议他们换一个完好的烫斗，不然真的会给客人造成损失和投诉的

非常隐蔽的门头，这是安缦一贯的低调，内部大气舒适的装修风格让人内心一下子就静了下来，私密的庭院套房让人仿佛置身于世外桃源，与宣泄的都市瞬间say goodbye！服务也是相当贴心，虽然只是住了一天，但是已充分感受到了安缦的文化，向往这种悠然自得的生活，如果去杭州希望感受一下安缦法云别样的茶文化*

位置很好，服务也到位，物有所值。去颐和园通道最后一段应该稍事整理，彰显世界遗产的独特性。出入颐和园要小哥领路不甚方便，建议可以给客人提供IC卡或密码钥匙方便出入。客房里洗涤用品用葫芦型瓷瓶固然独特，但护发素黏度太大实际上倒不出来很不方便使用，要改进。
