极致的隐秘与宁静，公共区域设施和环境卫生无可挑剔，客房虽然没有智能科技元素，但是床品和洗浴的出色保障了舒适度，服务质量也比想象中好很多。

国内最贵的酒店品牌，最好的一家安缦，采用明代建筑风格，布局非常的素，墙壁就是白色的，没有任何装饰，家具是整块的木质家具，无任何花雕，房门用钥匙打开，没有门铃，请勿打扰的标记是一块挂饰，房门需要反锁，否则外面可以直接开进来，地面没有地毯。酒店气氛比较阴森，不是我喜欢的菜。房间冰箱里果汁、饮料免费，酒水、零食、依云等矿泉水收费。房间电视信号不好，有雪花点。入住酒店有个福利，可以免费进颐和园，酒店后门和颐和园相通，平时上锁的，酒店客人可以免费在酒店电影院看电影、免费使用壁球室、乒乓球室，健身房泳池更衣间还有冷热泡池。酒店SPA项目太少，还有15%服务费，娱乐休闲设施都位于地下，联通手机到这里后没信号。餐饮较贵，口味偏咸，不太合南方人口味，早餐很简单。服务比较一般，说是1:5，但是工作人员并不见的多，颐和园回来等开门将近10分钟，餐厅吃饭工作人员一个人照顾好几桌，大多数工作人员表情僵硬，也有部分员工很热情，尤其是男员工，大老远看到就会过来抬行李。从员工素质上看，不如半岛等酒店，体现不出皇都的气场
