酒店管理很规范，门口值班、前台服务、客房服务都很热情。由于提前七天预定还升级了客房，艺龙也很到位。早餐是西餐，交通很方便，邻簋街吃饭也很有特色。

服务挺好的酒店，不错的房间，交通便利，房屋设施好，唯一不足的是屋里还有装修的味道，鼻子刺的疼，不建议带孩子来住，建议酒店多开窗通风，

酒店位置非常的好，就在东直门地铁来福士上方，出行交通很便利，酒店可直通商场，在里面吃喝都可以很好的解决，早餐品种不如大的五星酒店，但我要吃的都有，值得再来。

房间很大，宽敞明亮，十分的不错。
酒店的洗浴用品是欧舒丹的，很好，很不错，真心的喜欢，不过酒店居然没有香皂，这点感到不可思议，身为一个5星级酒店连香皂都没有实在不应该。
