晚上办理入住手续时比较慢,但是前台接待倒是非常客气. 房间装修相当高档.可是第二天却不能上网,这下可断了我和外界联络的途径,不得不出去找网吧上网,耽误了好多时间.我以为这纯粹是偶然,该我倒霉.无论如何没想到第三天早上又是相同的问题--不能上网,酒店方面从我反映这个问题到我不得不在艺龙客服的帮助下提前离店也没有把问题解决.不但试图阻止我提前离店,也没什么补偿,不如有些星级酒店的大度和善解人意. 花了top dollar 却得不到相应的服务,让我心里很是不爽.
