这酒店就是位置比较好 其他都无语了 设施不完善 服务员态度差级还不如普通宾馆的服务员。这还在北京首都的酒店，真的需要去培训什么叫服务态度了

从来没住过那么差劲的酒店！房里闷热，打电话给前台，前台说没办法是中央空调让我开着空调风等等。我回来房间等到现在已经两个小时了！让我开窗户，有窗户难道我笨啊不会开？ 就是没有窗户才打电话去前台问。结果叫我开着房间门，非常好的一个回答，我一个女的开着房门睡觉！ 前台服务员真会开玩笑呢 以后都不会来这家！
