通过艺龙预定的标间，到店后被告知没有房间，说可以换一个大床房，而且大床房只有一间了，我说可以，结果到了房间躺在床上发现床垫是两张单人床拼起来的，给前台打了多次电话，等了半个多小时才得到回应，说给换一个房间（注意⚠️办理住宿登记时被告知没有空房间）。感觉很不好，五星的酒店服务就这种水平吗？还带欺骗顾客的？！
