房间小，态度一般，不耐烦的样子，对外籍客人好得多，感觉像变相版的＂华人与狗不得入内＂。

酒店历史悠久，硬件肯定不能和新建的5星酒店来对比。但是软件方面绝对五星标准。服务一流，地点一流。行政楼层的下午茶是我见过的最好的，水果，饮料，酒水，热菜，冷菜，小吃一应俱全。基本上等于自助餐了。早餐有点单调。如果想改进的话，可以参考附近的富力万丽酒店的早餐。
