迫不及待來個點贊👍🏻 酒店是我選擇了很久後讓表姐幫忙訂的 ，第一次帶兒子來北京 ，由於沒帶充電器 手機又沒電了第二天得用 客服充電器被借完 第二天一早因為客人還沒退房 客服Joanna 小麗還是千辛萬苦給我找了個充電器 ，得知我還帶著小孩 特別貼心送上了水果和准備多了幾瓶水，好warm, 北京天氣不但冷而且很乾燥 不太習慣 但玩得很開心 也住得很開心 酒店對於我來說 設施很好但服務更人性化貼心 難能可貴 ，不愧是白金五星👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ，兒子一直還要我加上：床上毛巾疊的大笨象好可愛，雪梨好甜 😂，還有2天就走 希望行程一切順利愉快 ，感謝大酒店的客服和其他工作人員！趁我現正休息其間趕快點評下 💪

硬件和服务都不错！员工的服务意识很强，吃早餐时，正要准备问遇见工作人员，马上就有人主动迎上来询问需要什么帮助。早餐服务员意识也很强。总之，整体感觉不错！
