房间设施老了。厕所淋浴间各种缝隙，洗个澡满地都是水。加个床300元，只好挤一点睡觉了。真不值！好在服务员态度不错。

湖景别墅房房间太小，也没有阳光，房间的温泉水呈泥浆色浑浊，号称新开了一口井，放不完的脏水，最终也没泡成。最差劲的还不是温泉没泡成，而是前台的服务员，素质很差，没有做服务生基本素质，完全是一副牛轰轰的售楼处销售的姿态。与酒店整体的水平差之甚远。总之，来春晖园不如直接住酒店标间。

酒店环境和设备还可以，但是服务参差不齐。假期度假客人多，服务完全跟不上。尤其是别墅房前台人员的服务素质非常差劲，与酒店整体水平相差悬殊。
