湖景别墅房其实看不到湖，门口是草坪价格还高一点，就没有必要预订，因为根本就没有湖景啊。商家还是应该更诚信一些。其他酒店内消费还要单独收费，不能拿房卡直接消费，比如游泳🏊🏻还要买票，泡温泉也要买票。别墅房性价比不高。

前台服务员可能新入职办完入住手续后 给房卡的时候没有提醒客人房间在几楼 导致好几家客人楼上楼下的找了好几趟 这点不满意 其它还可以
